5. Non-perishable Merchandise must be returned within 2 business days of receipt
with the RMA number assigned by Customer Service on the outside of the package
A copy of the invoice and the authorization number must be included in order to process any credit
Any merchandise returned after this date or without authorization will be charged a 50% restocking fee -

time of purchase will be used in manner other than that expressed in this certificate, and upon
conviction I understand I may be fined up to $500.00 per offense
