A. To fill Foil balloons to float properly in: Winter – until tight, but do not overfill NOTE: foil balloons taken outside for delivery will deflate in cold temperatures and will re-inflate when taken inside a warm room Don’t Panic! Summer –under-inflate if balloons will be used outside in warm / hot temperatures. The helium WILL expand and burst the balloon!

A: No. Anything less than 18 inches requires AIR inflation ONLY and will not float
