Before you order a Gown /Dress from STM...

print out our "Dress Measurement Form" to fill out completely - our manufacturers will not process an order without it - they use the measurements you list to ship the size of gown you 'need' to fit you personally...

with the minimum of alterations needed - which saves you $$$$$

 

Our gowns and dresses are designed to fit you as if you were in our shop trying them on.

That’s why knowing your measurements is very important and having handy when you call.Our expert Bridal consultants will confirm your ordering the right size by going over any questions that arise from the measurements you list.

Our Bridal consultants can help you with any questions and help with specific fit information for all the apparel we offer.

We can help dress you from head to toe.. . finding the best style and accessories for you and your whole wedding party.

 

Do I have to pay for the all my attendants dresses myself when i place the order?

 

 

Dresses and accessories can be billed directly to your attendants - saving you from having to be responsible for their expenses and then remailing everything to them - we ship to your home, their individual addresses anywhere in the world.

The order will not be placed with the manufacturer until the complete order is paid in full, by whoever you list...
WHY? Multi dress orders must be ordered at the same time from the manufacturer – so they will be cut from the same dye lot to guarantee the color / shade being the same throughout the order

 

Is my item always available?

 

We carry everything our manufacturers’  distribute 

It is impossible to keep every item we offer in the catalog... styles, colors and sizes in stock.

Our online catalog pages gives the manufacturer lead-time for their specific product.

Times vary as to when they can fulfill your order... most dress manufacturers carry a basic in-house stock and some styles are available immediately - we call to check availablity if you need a specific style quicker than the 'normal turn-around time' stated in the catalog before completing the order.

The companies we work with are FANTASTIC in trying to get you the gown / dress you chose, when you need it - even dyed in your 1st choice of color

 

Do you automatically back order my items?

 

Each company has different back order, substitution, etc. policies – please ask your Consultant for the specific policies of each company to check if it fits into your schedule ‘before ordering’.

WEAR /EVENT DATE is very important in the apparel industry. They fill orders dependent on this date ONLY

 

What if I need something before the usual delivery time line to me?

 

Your Bridal Consultant will check with the manufacturer if the item is in stock and can be shipped immediately.

 Also if the item can be ‘dropshipped’ to help you receive it in time on short notice.

 Most companies will not dropship apparel - it depends on the circumstances 

 

Can I return anything I order from you?

 

Yes – if return / exchange policy has been authorized under the conditions listed in procedures / policies.

No exceptions – unless authorized by accounting.

 

Exceptions: dyed shoes/ purses, undergarments– see return / exchange policy
