Because they're tediously built, one thin layer at a time, by dipping the wick into a tank of hot wax
and then allowing that paper-thin layer to cool before the candle is lowered into the hot wax for its next layer...

The materials used by Creative Candles to make the Taper wax formula is blended of 7 waxes, each of which has the highest melting point and is the best of its kind available in the world

 

The wick is made of top grade cotton, carefully braided to the perfect size and treated so it will wick the melted wax fuel. Some of the Taper wicks are imported from Europe
